The focus of this course is on current issues in leadership - the frameworks and the theories. It covers self-evaluation, team profiling, goal-setting, effective self-reflection, collaboration, conflict resolution and more. It provides emerging leaders with the ability to design, implement and evaluate personal leadership strategies and build leadership qualities in others. By completing this course you will be better equipped to identify and evaluate key leadership issues, analyse leadership styles in the context of real workplaces and implement a leadership development plan.

Who should participate?
This workshop is designed for team leaders and program managers (in mid-level to senior roles) who want to maximise their own leadership ability while developing those qualities in others.
