We hold examinations on behalf of other institutions at our Gardens Point campus on a fee recovery basis.
We may not be able to accommodate all requests at certain times of the year because of limited space. We do not offer exams online.
Update due to COVID-19
QUT is not currently offering the 'Exams for other institutions' service. Please check back regularly for advice on when this service may be available again.
QUT Examinations Office facilitates examinations for students of Australian and overseas tertiary institutions, professional accredited bodies and training colleges.
Email the EFOI officer at email@example.com if you want to arrange your examination to sit at QUT. Include:
- the preferred date and time of your exam
- duration of your exam
- subject code.
All examinations are conducted at QUT's Gardens Point Campus, 2 George Street, Brisbane.
The finalised room allocations are released approximately one week prior to the examination date in the timetable below. The first letter of your room location indicates the building where the exam is being held and the first digit of the room number indicates the floor of the building where the room is located (e.g. B124 is room number 124 on level 1 of B block)
If you have special arrangements, contact the EFOI officer at firstname.lastname@example.org for room allocations.
Parking at QUT Gardens Point Campus is extremely limited. We recommend you use public transport (bus, train or ferry) or a city car park.
This timetable information only covers approximately two weeks at the time of publication. We advise you to check your room allocation a few days prior to your examination date.
If there are any discrepancies between the details from your institution and the details below, contact the EFOI officer at email@example.com
Photographic ID must be brought to the examination.
