The application link will open and close in alignment with the advertised dates above.

You will be requested to:

What happens next?

Once applications close, we'll send you an email to let you know that we've received your application.

Immediately following the online application closing date, all eligible candidates will be added to a video assessment platform to complete Stage 2. An email will be sent to your QUT student account with the link to the platform once it has opened. All information and instructions on how to use this simple tool will be provided. Both written and video applications will form part of the shortlisting process.

A panel of representatives from QUT and the sponsoring organisations will assess your application. We'll pay particular attention to how well you've addressed the selection criteria.

We'll contact you to let you know if you've been shortlisted.

If you're shortlisted, you will be invited to attend an interview with the panel in the first two weeks of December, 2023. Our Scholarships Coordinator will phone you to arrange an interview and confirm the details in writing.

After your interview, we'll let you know if your application is successful. If it is, we'll send you a letter with confirmation and further details.

We'll send an email advising all applicants of the outcome once the recruitment process is complete.
