There are a number of scholarships available for students studying business or law. Here are just a few for your students to consider.

Corporate Partners in Excellence Scholarship
This scholarship ($36,000) is available to commencing business students who are looking to advance their academic talents, leadership skills, and business acumen in a three-year rigorous development program that combines study with real-world experience. Successful applicants (up to 10 each year) will gain admission into a single or double business degree and commit to undertaking an overloaded study program in order to accommodate two full-time, semester-long business internships at top-tier corporate sponsors. Corporate Partners in Excellence scholars emerge from the program with a competitive advantage to win highly contested graduate roles; superior confidence in their ability to apply classroom knowledge in practice; and the maturity and initiative to easily integrate into corporate environments and make meaningful contributions.

Applications open on 1 July and close on 30 September 2022.
This scholarship ($10,000) offers financial support to first-year law students experiencing financial or other difficulties, allowing them an opportunity to reach their full potential. Recipients receive payments over eight semesters as well as access to professional and/or academic mentorship, a laptop, networking opportunities, and textbook loans.
Applications open in February and close in April each year. Students apply once they have commenced their studies at QUT.
The Lord Mayor's Multicultural Round Table Committee Scholarship
This scholarship ($7,500) is available to commencing business students looking to develop their self-confidence, business connections, and their ambassador profile within QUT and more broadly. The recipient of this two-year award is paired with a Senior Career Educator for planning and goal setting, linked with professional development opportunities to strengthen their soft skills, and mentored by carefully chosen multicultural business leaders who can assist their career aspirations. Recipients work on a project of their choosing which becomes their context for expressing their multicultural leadership profile within QUT.
Applications open in November and close in March each year.
