Molecular modelling of GAG-protein interactions

Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs), also known as mucopolysaccharides, are negatively-charged polysaccharide compounds. They are a key constituent of the extracellular matrix and act as a filler substance between cells and fibres in tissues.
