Executive Power and the Modern State
Dr Peta Stephenson is available to supervise students who are interested in exploring research topics in constitutional law, public law and statutory interpretation. Candidates interested in exploring the content and scope of executive power, relationships between the legislative and executive branches of government and issues in federalism are particularly encouraged.
