Board interlocks research is one of the most vibrant areas in corporate governance research. A board interlock is a tie created by two firms sharing a common director. Review of the CATSI Act: corporate governance and insolvency measures

In 2019, a review of the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Act 2006 (CATSI Act) was announced by the Minister for Indigenous Australians. This review followed a Senate inquiry into the Corporations (Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander) Amendment (Strengthening Governance and Transparency) Bill 2018.
