Activity trackers such as Fitbit have become popular with millions of people worldwide. Now, one of Australia's biggest life insurers, MLC, has become Australia's first insurer to use smart wearable technology to track customers' habits and reward them for good behaviour. The focus of this research is to investigate if consumers are worried about their privacy and also that their premiums could be penalised if insurers were to learn of their bad habits.
This project is ideal for a candidate with strong skills in qualitative research and academic writing.
