Overview

In recent years, fractional models have attracted considerable interest because of their ability to model many phenomena. This proposal aims to study novel numerical methods of fractional partial differential equations and application.

Research activities

  • Study numerical methods of fractional partial differential equations.
  • Deriving, designing and implementing numerical methods for solving fractional partial differential equations using MATLAB.

Outcomes

  • You'll be expected to understand numerical methods of fractional partial differential equations.
  • You'll be expected to continue for Honours or Master of Philosophy or PhD studies on Computational models for Fractional Dynamical System and Application.

Skills and experience

  • Computational Mathematics.
  • Strong Programming Skills (MATLAB).
