This interdisciplinary program looks at how networked people and organisations create, deliver and consume services in a variety of industries and using a range of technologies.

Current projects focus on the use of social media, advances in social marketing, privacy challenges in networked spaces, self-service, employee/consumer interfaces, employer focused training and support, stakeholder engagement, public relations, organisational culture, crisis communication, dialogue for change, institutional theory and legitimacy development and contests.
