The safer scooting study
This project is being conducted by CARRS-Q at QUT, with funding and support from the Australian Research Council, the University of Tennessee-Knoxville and the Bird e-scooter company. It aims to understand and improve e-scooter safety by collecting and analysing information about riders’ knowledge and behaviours over time.

Evaluating fatigue campaigns produced for the Re:act Behaviour Change program
The purpose of this project is to examine the effectiveness of road safety advertising campaigns which have been developed as part of the Re:act Behaviour Change program (www.reactforchange.com). In this study, the campaigns to be assessed relate to the behaviour of driving tired or driver fatigue and were developed by university undergraduates in 2021. The survey will seek to understand your knowledge, attitudes and behaviors in relation to driving fatigued, and ultimately, inform the design of future road safety campaigns.
