Career development for staff

We invest in our staff through our established professional development programs. We encourage our research staff to investigate specialist research training and development opportunities.

The Early Career Academic Recruitment and Development (ECARD) program is specifically designed for the professional development of early-career academics.

Our Supervisor Training and Accreditation scheme provides support, skills, and development for supervisors of higher degree research students.

We offer courses in research development and commercialisation to build skills in areas such as:
