The Comprehensive Australian Study of Entrepreneurial Emergence (CAUSEE) is the largest study of business start-ups ever undertaken in Australia. It follows large samples of nascent and young firms over time through repeated, comprehensive interviews.

Although four PhD dissertations and a number of other reports and articles are already completed and underway, the data from CAUSEE lends itself to answering many more research questions.
