Building trust and being courageous in conversations are essential skills for leaders. That’s why this course develops those essential skills along with the ability to actively listen, influence, advocate and persuade. Those who complete this course will be equipped to identify and analyse key issues, apply current communications theories and design a communication development plan.

Who should participate?
This workshop is designed for team leaders and program managers (in mid-level to senior roles) who need to communicate more effectively to benefit themselves and their organisations.
Active learning module: $1,750 (GST exempt) per module
Award extension unit: $1,550 (GST exempt) per unit
