The head of beverage giant Coca-Cola Amatil will address the next QUT Business Leaders' Forum on Thursday, August 6 at the Hilton Brisbane.

Alison Watkins, Group Managing Director, Coca-Cola Amatil, is overseeing a major change program at the business she joined in March 2014, including corporate restructuring, new product development and significant changes in the company's diversity and workplace flexibility.
Ms Watkins has previously held senior roles at some of Australia's leading companies.
She spent 10 years as a consultant with McKinsey & Co before roles as Head of ANZ Regional Banking, CEO of Berri Limited and CEO of major agribusiness GrainCorp Limited.
Ms Watkins has also been a director of major ASX-listed companies, including Woolworths and ANZ, and is a former Victorian President and National Board Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Ms Watkins will speak about her personal journey and how she took control of her career. She will outline her views on the leadership that matters, and the challenges and opportunities for Coca-Cola Amatil in the intensely competitive beverage industry.
