Outgoing Telstra chief executive David Thodey will address the next QUT Business Leaders' Forum on Tuesday, 12 May at the Hilton Brisbane.

Mr Thodey formally steps down as chief executive officer and executive director of Australia's largest telecommunications company on 1 May.
He joined Telstra in 2001 and served in a number of senior roles before taking over as chief executive in May 2009 and overseeing a transformation in the telco's fortunes.
Mr Thodey focused on overhauling the customer experience and building advocacy, and building new growth opportunities, including Asia.
Born in Perth, Mr Thodey started out as a systems engineer at IBM before rising to become CEO of IBM Australia/New Zealand.
In January 2013, he joined the board of the GSM Association, the global body made up of carriers and related companies that supports the standardisation and deployment of mobile technology around the world.
Last year, Mr Thodey was co-chair of the Infrastructure and Investment Taskforce of the Australian B20 leadership group - the business advisory forum of the G20.
The Forum, which is sold out, will be moderated by leading journalist Kerry O'Brien.
