Create your very own art-inspired zine!

Drawing on the tense and ambiguous narratives of works exhibited in Anne Wallace: Strange Ways at QUT Art Museum, QUT's contemporary art club Post Datum will guide you through the process of collaging, drawing and designing a mini-publication exploring an idea that you are passionate about.

Zines are independent publications with a small circulation that share information on niche subjects or bold ideas. Take your creation home and, if you choose, feature a scanned copy in a combined zine which will be displayed on the closing weekend of the exhibition Strange Ways.

Suitable for all ages, all welcome. This program is part of QUT O Week.

About Post Datum
Post Datum aims to welcome students to the Brisbane art scene by regularly holding student-run exhibitions, producing an art zine and hosting art-related events for club members and QUT Students.

Post Datum welcomes any student interested in contemporary art regardless of their field of study.

Anne Wallace: Strange Ways

When:
9 November 2019 - 23 February 2020

Strange ways is the first major survey exhibition of Anne Wallace, and includes works from the early 1990s through to the current day. Born and raised in Brisbane in the 1970s, her highly accomplished figurative paintings are as much about the textual as the pictorial.
