15 November 2017

Presented by QUT Business School and Colin Brain Governance Fellowship.

There is an increased demand for digitally savvy directors as companies struggle to keep up with technology advances.  Boards that are equipped with digital advocates and skills will have a distinct advantage over those who are not.

Join us for this dynamic panel discussion, as several leading directors share their insights and discuss how to ensure your board has the skills to survive in the digital age.

Research poster displays will be available to view before and after the panel session.

The event is free to attend and refreshments will be served. For more information about the Colin Brain Governance Fellowship please contact or make a donation.

Good governance in the digital age event is an initiative of QUT Business School and the Colin Brain Governance Fellowship. The Colin Brain Governance Fellowship was established in honour of Mr Colin Brain, who had an extensive and stellar career as a Chief Financial Controller and a Company Secretary in Australian multi-national companies. When he retired, Ferriscorp Group Pty Ltd made an endowment to the QUT Business School in honour of his significant and valued contribution. The fund exists to further education and research in corporate governance, financial management and business ethics and in doing so aims to enrich boards and their directors with the knowledge and skills to be ethical and informed leaders.
