Wendy Pavey

Wendy Pavey is a personal brand strategist who works with leaders to build their profile so they never have to apply for the roles they want. She is the Founder of Executive Brand and advises clients from blue chip companies such as Qantas, PwC, IBM, Westpac, Star and Suncorp.

Wendy has worked with iconic global consumer brands such as Apple, Nokia, Gatorade and Gillette, and has created many trademarked brand names including the GoVia name for Brisbane's toll road network. She regularly presents seminars and workshops for universities, professional bodies and listed companies. She is the author of "The C-Suite Guide to LinkedIn” and is a regular contributor to LinkedIn’s Pulse news channel.

Scott Horton

Scott Horton is the Co-founder and Director of TROOCOO. Over the past ten years, he has developed an extensive connection to the executive community in Queensland and undertaken many senior executive search and recruitment assignments, focused on Board and executive appointments.

In January 2010, Scott co-founded u&u and over the next six years built a very successful and extremely high performing business, which was recognised five years in succession by BRW as one of Australia’s top 100 fastest growing organisations. u&u was also recognised in 2015 as a finalist at the prestigious Lord Mayors Business Awards.

Amy Jackson

Amy Jackson is a professional coach, facilitator and speaker. Since 2006, her successful business, Nurturing Confidence, has been helping emerging leaders to gain more confidence, think more strategically and manage themselves more effectively.

Amy specialises in highly interactive and pragmatic learning experiences focused on building the confidence and resilience needed to stand out as an effective leader in complex workplaces.
