How do I apply?

Applications are open all year.  Applications may be submitted through the following channels:

Applying through a QUT representative (agent)

If you would like help with your application, you can find a QUT representative in your country to help you apply for study.

If you have completed Year 12 in Australia, you must also complete and submit an agent appointment form (PDF file, 197.89 KB) .

Application fee

When you submit your application, you will need to pay a non-refundable application fee of A$100. There is no fee for research degree applications.

You can sign in as a guest and pay your application fee through QUTPay.

What happens next?

We will take approximately 10 working days to process your application where full documentation is submitted.

If you do not meet the entry requirements for your principal course, we will make you a pathway offer into an enabling course as a packaged pathway offer with your principal course. This pathway course will help you improve your English language and academic skills (where applicable),and if completed successfully, will enable you to progress into your degree program.

How do I find out about the outcome of my application?

You or your QUT agent representative will be notified by email of the outcome of your application.
