Australian households are throwing out more than $5 billion worth of food each year, and disposing of 6000 kilograms of fashion and textile waste every ten minutes.

This thought-provoking forum will take attendees on a journey along the supply chain, demonstrating how sustainable action on farms, during processing and by retailers and consumers can all play a part in reducing food and fashion waste.

Researchers and representatives from government and industry will discuss the challenges and innovative strategies to reduce food and fashion waste. These presentations will be followed by an expert panel discussion and small group workshops. We invite you to work with us to help find real solutions to real world problems.
