Director at Edison Talent
Tom is the Director of Edison Talent, a Brisbane based IT recruitment company that specialises in Software Development, Leadership and Strategy. After finishing an IT Degree in Data Communications from QUT, Tom moved into Network Administration and then into IT Recruitment. He now runs a team of approximately 25 consultants nationally who work across everything from finance, security, mining, bitcoin, and weapons tech.

Naomi has a passion for people and implementing strategic initiatives that support employees. She is an organisational and capability development specialist and has a breadth of experience across fields such as leadership, diversity and inclusion, talent and succession, employer branding, culture, and employee engagement. She has worked in the UK, Europe and Australia as both a HR practitioner and talent acquisition specialist, and has specific experience working in graduate recruitment. Naomi has a Bachelor of Business in Communication from QUT.
Career and Workplace Culture Professional
Jade has a recruitment, talent selection, and talent management background, along with a degree in Chemistry from QUT. She is passionate about supporting technical professionals to have a career that is fulfilling, rewarding, and enhances their life. Jade is well placed to provide support for people who feel a little 'stuck' in their career.
Her studies in Chemistry and Human Resource Management enable her to understand technical people and advise them in the human resources aspects of career development.
Jade has a passion for travelling, she loves the great outdoors, and met her husband when she was trekking to Everest Base Camp (he was her Sherpa!). She practises and instructs yoga, is passionate about mindfulness, sustained mental health, and living your best life.
