Work experience and internships

Put theory into practice

Our Work Integrated Learning (WIL) elective units let you put theory into practice with our prestigious industry partners. You'll collaborate on business, government or community projects, learn crucial skills and may earn credit towards your degree.

Double degree students can also gain work experience through our community engaged learning program.

Not-for-credit work experience

If you would like to maximise your employability while studying, this option offers you another opportunity to get course-relevant, real world experience through:

  • Not-for-credit work experience placements
  • Volunteering for community benefit

Not-for-credit work experience do not earn you credit towards your degree, but are an invaluable way to gain skills and a competitive edge.

Internship scholarships

You may be eligible for one of our prestigious scholarships that include internships with our industry partners.

Corporate Partners in Excellence (CPIE)

If you apply for a Bachelor of Business in Year 12 or the year after, have an excellent academic record and demonstrated leadership potential, you may eligible for our Corporate Partners in Excellence Scholarship.

It provides financial support and high quality industry placements with one or more of our corporate partners.
