Business School

Global opportunities

You can include an overseas study component as part of your QUT Business degree. Choose from a range of options to suit you. Our partners teach in English so why limit your studies to just one country?

Employers look for students with international experience and we encourage you to take up the opportunities available, to extend your knowledge and challenge yourself. QUT has partnerships with more than 150 universities around the world. From these, QUT Business School has selected over 70 preferred partners for their excellence and reputations in business studies.

Student exchange

Why not spend one or two semesters overseas at a partner university as part of your degree? You'll develop cross-cultural communication skills and have the chance to form networks with peers and employers overseas.

Where can I go on exchange?

Short term programs

If you can't spend a semester on exchange, you could consider a short term study program. Most programs run for two to four weeks during the semester breaks. These intensive short term programs include academic study, and cultural and sightseeing activities. You could visit places like Slovenia, France, China and Mexico.

Bachelor of Business - International

The first of its kind in Australia, QUT's new Bachelor of Business – International combines the three-year Bachelor of Business with a further year of international studies. The range of options include exchange studies, cultural immersion and second degrees.

Bachelor of Business – International

Double masters degrees

International business case competitions

Our competition team is one of the most successful in the world. Students compete with leading business schools to develop and present solutions to complex business problems. You could test your skills and network with some of the brightest students in the international arena.

Other international opportunities
