Research
Our research aims to shed light on organisational issues and improve understanding of people management practices. Entrepreneurship, innovation and the digital economy are areas of strength as is the understanding of the impacts of technology on organisational management matters. We have a strong culture of research excellence and a reputation for impactful outputs. Staff work with industry and government to secure funding for research, and are successful in ARC grants rounds. Our PhDs research across a range of topics and apply their excellence in industry and academia here and abroad. We are a group of multidisciplinary researchers seeking to address complex problems in organisational and community settings in order to advance social justice goals.
Centre for the Digital Economy
We explore new opportunities for industry-academia relationships and is part of an on-going regeneration of QUT’s programs focusing on the preparation of graduates for a digitally connected economy.
