Annual conference: Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship Research Exchange (ACERE)
We manage and chair the annual Australian Centre for Entrepreneurship Research Exchange (ACERE) conference.
The conference attracts exceptional speakers from around the world. It's an opportunity for entrepreneurship academics and research students to share insights into academia and the research process, and network in a supportive environment.
We partner with other universities to deliver the conference across Australia.
Paper development bootcamp
Held in December of each year, this paper development workshop provides an opportunity for our researchers and invited guests to focus on crafting and developing existing paper drafts, conference papers and previously rejected manuscripts. Participants include staff on all levels, from PhD student and early-career research to full professors.
Queensland Small Business Week
Queensland Small Business Week aims to inspire and build business. ACE and the QUT Business School host a number of events in support of this Queensland State Government initiative.
