The panel discussion will feature four executive speakers from a range of industries and roles, including:

Stephen Goodwin – General Manager Operations of Brisbane Airport Corporation

Stephen GoodwinStephen has spent the last 20 years in Senior Management roles with Brisbane Airport Corporation being, Executive Manager Human resources, GM Assets Construction and IT, and as the General Manager Operations. He was a director on the Australian Airports Association Board from 2005-2015 and was the National Chairman of the Association from 2011-2015. This experience has provided Stephen with strategic vision and insight not only in Airport Management, Leadership and Governance, but also in the political world of Federal, State and Local politics which so strongly influences and impacts the regime of regulated airports in Australia.

Nina Du Thaler – Group Executive Digital and Technology of UnitingCare Queensland

Nina Du ThalerNina started at UnitingCare Queensland in 2016, following a career of more than 20 years in IT, transformational change programs, program/project management, strategic and operational management across a number of sectors. Nina has demonstrated her ability to engage and influence at all levels and within complex environments, having successfully managed and delivered business growth and organisational change strategies both in government and non-government organisations.
 

Toni Hawkins – Financial Controller Major Capital Projects of Coca-Cola Amatil

Toni HawkinsToni took on her current Financial Controller role with Coca-Cola Amatil in early 2017, following a successful 15-year finance career with other large ASX listed companies such as Qantas and Origin Energy. Toni is a Chartered Accountant and graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and specializes in leading teams to deliver value, provide commercial advice and to ensure alignment to strategic priorities.

 

Fiona Cochran – Executive Recruiter

Fiona CochranFiona is a Founder and Managing Partner of Arete Executive, an executive search firm based in Brisbane. After nine and half years with the firm she has recently resigned as a Director and is soon to embark on a new adventure. Fiona has more than 18 years’ experience with executive search and recruitment, building relationships with stakeholders and leading search assignments with C-suite executives and board members across a range of industries, including not-for-profit, mining, utilities, construction and professional services. She has also coached many executives through their job search strategy to identify and engage with job of choice and employer of choice.
