Teaching

Therese teaches numeracy skills, as well as introductory mathematics and statistics as part of STIMulate - a QUT-wide STEM support-for-learning program. She specialises in supporting Nursing, Exercise Science and Education students. She also supervises PhD students in STEM Education.

Therese has been recognised for her excellence in teaching with the following awards:

  • 2016: QUT Vice Chancellor's Performance Award for Mentoring
  • 2016: Australian Awards for Teaching Excellence – Award for Programs that Enhance Learning (as part of QUT STIMulate)
