Biography
Therese Wilson has been the Learning Support Coordinator for maths in QUT's award-winning STIMulate program since its inception in November 2012. She oversees the provision of support for learning in the areas of mathematics, statistics and numeracy across all disciplines. Before the establishment of STIMulate, Therese worked with the QUT Maths Access Centre (QUT MAC) as Lecturer and then Coordinator.A Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and PhD in Statistics Education, Therese has extensive experience in teaching statistics and mathematics at the introductory tertiary level.
