Biography
Robert has been teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate level in Management and Human Resource Management at QUT since 1989.

Background
Robert has worked in a variety of roles in both private and public sectors including a period in the Administration of Papua New Guinea, prior to that country gaining independence.
Research interests
- social and organisational change

- managerial and organisational cognition
- organisational learning.
Robert's research addresses the relationship between managerial and organisational cognition and organisational change with a focus on the development of actionable knowledge.
