Biography
BackgroundRoberta's research interests are primarily in the area of financial economics and include corporate finance, financial markets and behavioural economics. Her PhD is entitled "Does Bounded Rationality in Strategic Decision Making Influence Financial Market Risk?" This is an empirical examination of a behavioural economics theory of decision making applied to the stock markets of Australia, UK and US. Roberta has worked in the financial sector for a number of years for employers such as ING, William Mercer, Royal & Sun Alliance, Queensland Competition Authority, Suncorp, NatWest and the Motor Accident Insurance Commission.
