Biography
I am a postdoctoral researcher in applied mathematics working with the QUT Centre for Data Science and the ARC Centre of Excellence for Plant Success in Nature and Agriculture. I am also an Associate Investigator for the ARC Centre of Excellence for Mathematical and Statistical Frontiers (ACEMS). My primary research interest is interfacing simulation science and statistics, in order to better understand issues of parameter sensitivity and variability in complex systems. A bulk of my previous work has been directed toward electrical signalling in the heart, where intricate travelling wave dynamics govern both the healthy heartbeat and its degeneration into different types of dangerous arrhythmia.Personal details
