Biography
Dr Jeremy Davey is a Professor at CARRS-Q in the School of Psychology and Counselling. He is one of the two founding academics of the centre and over the past decade helped guide the centre as leading international research institute. In conjunction with his long standing comprehensive road safety experience and expertise his current areas of research interest includes fleet safety and workplace safety programs, drug driving and substance use in the workplace. He currently holds a number of ARC and CRC research grants along with other government and industry funded research programs. He has held senior executive and advisory positions in a number of national bodies including the Australian College of Road Safety, Alcohol and Other Drug Council of Australia and Research and National Police Drug and Alcohol Coordinators Committee and the Australian Defence Force, Alcohol and Other Drug Advisory Group.
