Biography
Erin is a Corporate Educator in Corporate Education within QUT’s Faculty of Business.Within the Corporate Education programs, including the Executive Masters of Complex Project Management, she delivers programs focussed on:
- systems theory
- complexity management
- organisational strategy
- change management
- leadership.
Background
Erin began her career in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industry and worked for over eight years in Europe.
She held senior and executive roles in large multinational organisations in clinical project management and leading global quality assurance functions.
Research interests
Erin’s research interest focuses on the application of complexity theories and systems thinking to organisational strategy, change management and leadership.
