Teaching

Liz currently teaches in the Masters of Creative Industries and Graduate Certificate of Creative Industries degrees, and is the Interdisciplinary Study Area Coordinator for postgraduate coursework students. Her subjects include areas such as: entrepreneurship, narrative storytelling, digital writing, and the future of the creative industries. She has also taught across undergraduate subjects in both Creative Writing and Literary Studies and Film, Television and New Media. This included Australian film and television, Film and television text analysis and genre studies, Shakespeare, popular culture, American literature, and modernist literature. She has previously taught at JMC Academy in the Screen Studies discipline. Liz is a Level 2 higher research degree supervisor with experience in Honours, Masters, and doctoral level supervision (including both PhD and Doctorate of Creative Industries). She has an interest in interdisciplinary supervisory collaboration.
