Biography
Andrea Moor comes to QUT from an extensive and eclectic professional background. Andrea graduated from NIDA as an actor in 1985 and worked extensively in theatre, film, television and radio in Australia and overseas. On returning to Brisbane she developed her directing skills at QTC, where she was both Resident Director and Artistic Associate. Andrea has won many awards including London Monthly Best Actress, Edinburgh Fringe, 1991, Gold Matilda for direction of Venus in Fur and Matilda Best female actor for Switzerland. Andrea holds a doctorate in Creative Industries (QUT).Personal details

Teaching
Andrea introduced the acting technique Practical Aesthetics to Australia ain 1994 and has taught extensively at NIDA, WAAPA, QUT and in private master classes. Andrea has extensive experience as a performance coach /dramaturg on various film and television projects.
