Are you one of more than 500,000 students across Australia planning to start university in 2018? The future is in your hands at this year’s QUT Open Day on Sunday, July 30, in Brisbane.

Key points:

Your phone is your ticket to the QUT Open Day, with organisers encouraging Year 12 students and other interested people to grab their phone and use the online planner to get the most out of their visit.

The day will run from 9am to 3pm at QUT’s Gardens Point (city) campus, with tours also available at the nearby Kelvin Grove campus.

QUT’s six faculties – Business, Creative Industries, Education, Health, Law and Science & Engineering – will all hold stalls and information sessions at Gardens Point.

Current students and staff, as well as graduates with real world jobs, will be on hand to share their advice.

If you are still exploring career options – or want validation that you are heading down the right path – you can also take the “Match my skills” online quiz before the day for some inspiration on courses and careers.
