Our students and staff have access to state-of-the-art teaching and learning spaces, including the QUT Health Clinics, which provide comprehensive clinical education to the next generation of healthcare professionals as well as quality patient care to the community.

QUT Health Clinics provide real-world clinical education to the next generation of healthcare professionals and quality patient care to the community.

Facilities

Our students gain real-world experience at QUT Health Clinics and in virtual environments, simulation centres, and a number of cutting-edge laboratories and facilities.

Health research is conducted on QUT Kelvin Grove and Gardens Point campuses, as well as at the university’s distributed sites and co-located facilities. This provides QUT researchers with access to the professional support and world-class infrastructure and facilities they need to progress their work

QUT partners with Omico to pave the way for precision cancer care in Qld

QUT’s Australian Translational Genomics Centre (ATGC) will help link Queensland patients with clinical trials to evaluate treatments to improve outcomes for people with cancer, thanks to a new collaboration with non-profit research organisation Omico and the PrOSPeCT program.

QUT paramedic students play simulated casualties to help test Army medics

Among simulated casualties covered in blood and screaming in pain were paramedic students from QUT, who volunteered their time and bodies to help train Army medics during a major combat health exercise at the Greenbank training area.
