Division of Technology, Information and Library Services

The Division of Technology, Information and Library Services (TILS) plays a central role in advising our faculties and divisions on managing information. We provide central support for the academic functions of faculties, and technological support for communication and administration across the university.

HiQ is the first point of contact for students, staff and the community to get information about courses, university processes, technology and library support.

Information Technology Services

Information Technology Services delivers IT services and innovative solutions that underpin learning and teaching, research and core business function.

Learning Environments and Technology Services

Learning Environments and Technology Services provides a range of IT, printing and teaching and learning environment support services to students and staff.

QUT Library

QUT Library provides innovative services to support the learning, teaching and research needs of QUT staff and students.

Service and Project Management Office

The Service and Project Management Office leads improvements in QUT's project management, supports IT governance and maintains the Project Management.
