Our Caboolture campus is situated halfway between Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast, and is the only university campus in the Moreton Bay region. It's centrally located just a few minutes' drive from the centre of town and the Caboolture train station.

Getting to Caboolture campus

Public transport

You can travel to and from Caboolture by bus, train or taxi.

The campus is within easy reach of the Caboolture train station, and is well serviced by local buses.

All public transport in South-East Queensland is run by TransLink.

Discount travel for students

You may be entitled to cheaper fares if you have a valid student ID and meet all of Translink's eligibility criteria. See Translink's concession fares for tertiary students for more information.

Train station shuttle bus

QUT staff and students have access to a free shuttle bus service between the campus and Caboolture train station during semester.


There are designated disabled, loading and visitor parking areas on campus.

Students and staff may use any other marked parking areas free of charge.


QUT staff and students who cycle to campus have access to bike racks and showers.

Moreton Bay Regional Council has maps of bikeways and shared pathways in the Moreton Bay region, as well as information about taking your bike on public transport.
