Why study psychology and counselling at QUT?
We're the only university in Queensland that includes a practical placement in our undergraduate course.
Our postgraduate students work under the supervision of experienced psychologists at our Psychology and Counselling Clinic, offering professional psychology, family therapy and counselling.
Our Centre for Accident Research and Road Safety - Queensland (CARRS-Q) is an Australian leader in road safety research, education and outreach activities. CARRS-Q staff have also worked on projects to improve road safety in Malaysia, China and Pakistan.
We're working to prevent depression and promote positive mental health in teenagers through our Resourceful Adolescent Programs (RAP).
