Enrol in your language subject at UQ or Griffith

If your cross-institutional enrolment application is approved, UQ or Griffith will issue you a student number, username and password.

Once you receive your access details:

  1. Log in to UQ or Griffith's online enrolment system / student portal.
  2. Enrol in your language subject with UQ or Griffith by their due date - this is the most important step in the process.
This will allow you to register for classes, complete fee requirements, access online resources including Blackboard, and receive a result for your study at the end of semester.

Getting your enrolment right

Enrolment is your responsibility. Make sure the language subject you enrol in will count towards your course at QUT.

You can't enrol in a UQ and Griffith Language subject in your QUT study plan.

You can access a summary of the arrangements that apply to your QUT Study plan and enrolment at UQ or Griffith in the Additional Information section in the Cross-Institutional Enrolment Pack.
