Details
This short course provides an opportunity for participants to explore their own experience as user and also the experience of others. By better understanding the experience of the user, participants will be better placed to design and build systems, products and services that will more effectively and efficiently meet individual and community needs.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Attainment upon successful completion of the course assessment.
