This workshop will introduce participants to the possibilities for socialising websites and an organisation's entire web portfolio. Participants will learn about a range of tools and techniques that allow organisations to harness the social capacity of the web.
Participants will receive a Certificate of Attainment upon successful completion of the course assessment.
