There is a great demand for Enterprise Systems from small to medium-sized companies. SAP’s Business ByDesign is an Enterprise System (or ERP system) specifically designed for small and medium enterprises (SMEs).

This cloud-based ERP product allows you to build and manage a system for all core aspects in a small-medium organisation. Just like a large ERP package, ByDesign includes functionality for:

  • sales and marketing
  • procurement
  • retail
  • supply chain management
  • human resource management
  • finance.

Unlike traditional SAP systems, ByDesign can be implemented in an organisation with much less time and effort. ByDesign configuration (installing the software according to business requirements) can be done by the organisation itself, with minimal external help. In addition, you can tailor the ByDesign solution to connect with larger SAP customers or suppliers of your organisation.
