Overview

Process modelling provides a way to graphically describe and analyse the business processes in an organisation and to provide input to process improvement, process automation or software development processes.

The Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN) is the official industry standard for process modelling. BPMN provides a variety of options for process modelling. This affords BPMN high expressive power but also high usage complexity. This course will introduce, step-by-step, all relevant concepts of BPMN. Participants will receive a certification documenting their gathered understanding and mastery of the standard.
