Overview

This is a particularly useful module for those who have some understanding of philosophy in the classroom and who would like to know more about philosophy itself. It is also suitable for those new to philosophy.

The module includes a critical analysis of some key philosophers and their theories; and the ways in which these connect to the core curriculum and classroom practice. Who should participate

  • $176 (inc GST) optional assessment (credit into the Master of Education)
  • $44 (inc GST) + postage. The full, two-hour DVD showing elementary students participating in philosophical communities of inquiry.
