We examine the role of leaders and advanced governance principles for quality and safety. You will learn how to build a culture of high performance, innovation, reform, and safety. Workshop only modules

$1535 including GST

You can choose to complete the workshop modules without the assessment component and receive recognition of course participation.

Workshop and assessment modules

$2047 including GST

Assessment includes a quiz, case study and report.  You will need to successfully complete the assessment modules to be eligible for credit towards postgraduate qualifications.

Learning Outcomes

You will learn how to:

  • deconstruct the social, ethical and cultural relationship relevant to quality and safety leadership in the healthcare setting.

Payment

When you register for the course, you will create an account with us. You'll need to pay your fees online by credit or debit card.

You can then access your account, including your invoice, using your email address and password.

Australian College of Health Service Managers (ACHSM) members

To receive the 10% membership discount you'll need to enter your membership number, then on the Registration Summary page enter the VIP Code provided by ACHSM. To obtain the code, contact Debra O'Brien at events@achsm.org.au.

FEE-HELP and HECS-HELP are not available for Continuing Professional Education courses.

Cancellation

To cancel your registration, you must apply in writing to the Course Manager at the Office of Continuing Professional Education.

If you withdraw before the registration closing date, your tuition fees will be refunded less $100. No refunds are applicable after this date.

We reserve the right to cancel the course under certain circumstances, such as low registration numbers.

If this happens, we will advise you as soon as possible, and give you a full refund. We are not responsible for any expenses you may have incurred if the course is cancelled.

Late registration

Late registrations may be accepted upon request to the Office of Continuing Professional Education.
