Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are present in large organisations across the globe. While many organisations have completed their primary implementations, many major version upgrades and reconfigurations are equivalent to reimplementations. There are also ERP issues associated with the ongoing management of the systems. Using a Delphi Method, course participants will explore issues experienced by their organisation's operatives and compare these with a major study of ERP issues across multiple implementations.
