This short course will introduce participants to the key skills and knowledge required for the successful management of information as a personal and organisational resource. The course will introduce participants to the key principals and theories of information.
- Analysing and assessing information environments
- Understanding organisational and knowledge cultures
- Capturing, retaining and protecting information and knowledge
- Working with social media and collaboration technologies
