Enhance your organisation's engagement and reputation with a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) strategic road map that helps to add value to the organisation’s long-term outcomes.

Researchers and industry professionals have found that corporate social performance – corporate actions relating to social issues – is a key driver of corporate reputation. This, among other issues, makes an organisation more attractive to current and prospective employees

Additionally, CSR has been found to influence purchase decisions and generate other positive outcomes that are beneficial to firms. Research has shown that CSR can be a significant driver of customer satisfaction and firm market value. On the other hand, consumers punish firms that violate expected and communicated standards of CSR.

This workshop aims to help you:

  • Understand what CSR is and what elements impact stakeholder perceptions
  • Link CSR to overall Corporate Reputations (CR)
  • Explore links to your workplace's best practices, challenges, possibilities
  • Leverage CSR, CR and employee engagement
  • Design the fundamentals of CSR/CR programs
  • Design the fundamentals of CSR, measuring  CSR outcomes
  • Define why it matters and how to get buy-in.

Stage 4

Participants have the option to further develop their plans and submit them for review and feedback with the facilitator.
